Rotary Club of Kenmore
The Rotary Club of Kenmore invites you to consider joining Rotary. We invite you and your spouse or significant other to attend our weekly club luncheons which are held Mondays from 12:15 to 1:30 pm at The Paddock Golf Dome restaurant.
We would be very pleased to meet you and have you see how much fun we have doing good things in the community.
Service to our community and to the world is an honor, one in which we take great pride. Rotary International (RI) is a 110 year old global organization with over 1.2 million members in thirty-four thousand local clubs around the world. Our motto is Service Above Self as we seek to improve our communities and the world we live in. Rotary is one of the partners that are helping to eradicate polio from the face of the Earth.
Formed in 1924, The Rotary Club of Kenmore is one of the older and larger clubs within our Rotary District 7090. Locally, our club, together with our Kenmore Rotary Foundation, has generously supported organizations such as Kenmore Mercy Hospital, Kenmore Paramedics, Kenmore Meals on Wheels and many other organizations that serve, not only, Kenmore but our WNY Community. We also provide scholarships and awards to middle and high school students in Kenmore and Tonawanda and we sponsor a club at Kenmore West that also performs community service, called The Both Your Hands - Interact Club.
Our members generously give, but in return receive camaraderie, business and social networking as well as leadership and personal growth opportunities. At our weekly regular meetings we invite speakers to address our members, providing us perspective on a broad range of important topics. When you travel, you will be welcomed in communities everywhere by other Rotarians. This is a fun club that makes a difference in the world. Have you been thinking about getting more out of life lately?
We hope that you will join us for lunch and get to know us. One of our members will introduce you at the meeting and we all look forward to making you feel welcome. Walk ins are not discouraged, but to make a reservation, please email kenmorerotary@aol.com or call 870-9721. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
